Terms Of Service These Terms of Service, known hereafter as the "TOS", is subject to change at anytime.

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE DROP SHOCK GAME, WEBSITE AND SERVICES. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MOBRULESTUDIOS REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE GAME, WEBSITE AND SERVICES. YOUR USAGE OF THE GAME, WEBSITE OR SERVICES INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS BELOW.

It is the responsibility of the player to be aware of and in compliance with the TOS at all times. Failure to do so may result in the immediate deletion of your account.

This TOS applies to both non-paid and paid players. Paid players whose accounts are deleted or suspended for violation of this TOS will not receive refunds.

Account Information
User agrees to provide MobRule Studios with valid, complete and updated (as applicable) registration information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of this Agreement, and any subsequent access to Services by User will be considered invalid and unauthorized. When registering for any Service, User will select a password (the "Password"). User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Password and shall be liable for any damages resulting from disclosing or allowing disclosure of such Password or from the use, authorized or unauthorized, by any person of such Password to gain access to User's account.
In connection with the registration process, MobRule Studios asks for User's name, email address, and other personal information. MobRule Studios may also ask for such information in connection with any contests, promotions or other events that may be offered. MobRule Studios's primary goal in collecting this information is to help MobRule Studios provide Users with the best possible gaming environment that is tailored to the MobRule Studios user base. A secondary goal for collecting this information is to provide security with respect to the TerraDominus website, its games and its content. By proceeding with the registration process, the User is explicitly agreeing that MobRule Studios may collect personal information and use it for the purposes stated above.

Account Access
User agrees to create only one account and that they will retain sole-access to that account. Creating multiple accounts or sharing account access will lead to the banning and removal of all accounts involved.

User Generated Content
To the extent that portions of this Site provide users an opportunity to post and/or exchange information, ideas, and opinions ("Postings") in chat and message boards, please be advised that Postings do not necessarily reflect the views of MobRule Studios. Although we periodically monitor exchanged and posted information, in no event does MobRule Studios assume or have any responsibility or liability for any Postings or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from their use and/or appearance on or in conjunction with this Site or elsewhere. Users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages and postings. However, MobRule Studios reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse to post any Posting that violates these Terms and Conditions, as well as revoke the privileges of any user who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Operational Interference
Users agree not to, through use of software or other means, interfere with site operation and page content. Any automated software written to interact with the game is strictly forbidden. Users agree to follow Administrator requests and instructions.

Game Law
Users agree to follow all game rules.

Subscriptions and Purchases
All subscriptions and purchases are one-time, you will not be billed for anything other than exactly what you purchased (there are no "recurring subscriptions"). Subscription time and other game-related purchases cannot be refunded or transfered to another account. If User's Services account is terminated or canceled, no refund of any fees, including monthly subscription fees, will be granted to User, and any online time credited to User's account shall not be convertible to cash or other form of credit.

Connectivity
MobRule Studios does not guarantee connectivity.

Age Requirements
This game is not intended for persons under thirteen years of age. By signing up for an account you are stating you are thirteen years old or older. If you do not meet this requirement, you must have your parent's permission to play TerraDominus. Players under the age of thirteen who cannot provide proof of their parent's permission will be banned from the game.

Intellectual Rights
Any individual who attempts to reverse engineer, hack, gain unauthorized entry into or undermine the system integrity of the TerraDominus (including attempting to access any internal part of the game from an offsite location) will have their account(s) deleted and any future accounts closed. MobRule Studios reserves the right to pursue and any all legal remedies that result from such incidents.

Terminating Your Account
Individuals who no longer wish to play TerraDominus may terminate their accounts by not logging into their accounts. Non-paid players will be deleted after 40 days of inactivity. User agrees that if the Service is terminated, for any reason, MobRule Studios has the right to delete all data, files or other information that is stored about User's account. Either User or MobRule Studios may terminate User's subscription to the Services at any time.

Credit Card chargebacks/revokes
Users agree if any credit card transaction tied to their account is charged back or refunded, and they wish to continue playing, they will need to pay a fee of $50.00 USD per chargeback/revoke. If a user has more than one account, all accounts may be locked until the fee is reclaimed. Once a charge is made to an account, that charge cannot be switched to another account. Make sure all orders are placed to the proper account.

Force Majeure
MobRule Studios shall be not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement (Connectivity, loss of account information) if such failure is caused by events or conditions beyond MobRule Studios reasonable control.

Applicable Law and Court
Any dispute arising in connection with the conclusion, the validity, the interpretation, the implementation or performance of these terms of service shall be of the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of California, USA. These terms of service are exclusively governed by the laws of California, USA.

Addendum
Other sections of the game may have it's own rules (such as the forum.) These rules are an addition to the TOS, not a replacement. Violation of these rules is considered to be a violation of the TOS and will be dealt with accordingly. Please familiarize yourself with all game rules before playing. Failure to be familiar with the game rules is not an excuse for breaking them and will not be accepted as a defense of your account.

THIS SITE AND ALL MATERIALS CONTAINED ON IT ARE DISTRIBUTED AND TRANSMITTED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, MOBRULE STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MOBRULE STUDIOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SITE OR MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MOBRULE STUDIOS DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE WITH REGARD TO THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, COMPLETENESS, CORRECTNESS AND VALIDITY OF ANY MATERIAL RESTS WITH YOU. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, MOBRULE STUDIOS, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS TO THE SITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THIS SITE, WHETHER THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED OR OTHERWISE SUPPLIED BY MOBRULE STUDIOS OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOBRULE STUDIOS HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE.

USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT WITH THE CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
